What signs do I need for my Airbnb or vacation rental?
Most hosts start with five basics: a WiFi password sign, house rules board, pool or hot tub rules (if you have one), check-in instructions, and a checkout checklist. Those five cover the questions guests ask before they text you. From there, a welcome sign and local recommendations board round out the experience.
Are vacation rental signs worth the cost?
Most hosts see a direct return in two ways: fewer support messages during a stay, and better reviews. Guests who feel welcomed and informed check out with fewer complaints. Professional signage also signals quality before a guest unpacks, which is part of why it shows up in five-star reviews. The Rental Essentials package starts at $250.
What materials work best for vacation rental signs?
For indoor signs, brushed aluminum or acrylic are the most popular. They hold up to humidity, clean easily, and look high-end. For outdoor signs, aluminum with UV laminate or powder-coated metal are the standards. We do not recommend foam core or paper mounts for any rental environment.
Do you ship to vacation rentals outside Georgia?
Yes. We ship nationwide. Most orders go out within 5 business days. Local installation is available within 75 miles of Hahira, GA, which covers much of the coastal Georgia and North Florida market.
Can I brand signs with my property name and colors?
That is the whole point. Every sign is custom-printed with your property name, colors, and any logo or artwork you have. If you do not have a logo yet, we can design one as part of the Signature Stay or Boutique Resort package.
Do you work with property managers who run multiple rentals?
Yes. We have template systems and bulk pricing for managers running five or more properties. The Boutique Resort package covers multi-property rollouts. Contact us or fill out the inquiry form and let us know how many units you are working with.
