What is included in a vacation rental branding package?
It depends on the tier. The Rental Essentials package ($250) covers the five functional signs every host needs: WiFi, house rules, pool rules, check-in instructions, and parking. The Signature Stay ($650) adds a custom house name sign, branded drinkware, room plaques, and a local recommendations board. The Boutique Resort tier is fully custom and built for hosts running multiple properties or launching a premium experience.
Can I add or remove items from a package?
Yes. Every package is a starting point. We customize the contents based on your property. Have a hot tub but no pool? We swap it out. Do not need a parking sign? We replace it with something else. Tell us what your property actually needs and we build from there.
How long does a branding package take to produce?
Most packages ship within 5 business days of final design approval. Larger packages or those with dimensional exterior signs may take 7 to 10 business days. Rush production is available if you have an upcoming booking.
Do you help with the property name and logo if I do not have one yet?
Yes. Logo and brand identity design is included in the Signature Stay and Boutique Resort packages. If you are starting a Rental Essentials order and need a logo, we can add that as a separate service.
Is there a minimum order for the branding package?
No. We work with single-property hosts who want one package and management companies who need templates across 20 units. The Boutique Resort tier has bulk pricing built in for multi-property orders.
